For iOS Device
For iPhone users; changes in their time zone can be made by going to Settings > General > Date And Time and then by merely selecting a correct region. This automatically applies the changes made to their settings.
For Windows Phone
For Windows phones, a user needs to tap on Settings > System > Date + Time, followed by searching for the correct time zone and tap on your selection to make the necessary changes and adjustments to your settings.
