Netflix Rolls Out “Fast Laughs” Vertical Video Feed To iOS Users

Recently, Netflix has announced the launching of an application like TikTok which is named “Fast Laughs”. On 3rd March 2021, the company announced the enrollment of this new application on iOS.

They have been experimenting with this application since last year. Some selected users in the UK, US, and other few countries have tested this Fast Laughs application. For now, this application is rolling out officially in these selected countries only.

What Fast Laughs Is All About?

The name already predicts the niche of the application which is coming as a vertical video feed and will play short clips. Fast laugh has many features like reacting, allowing users to watch, sharing short clips, add the show on the watchlist or even you can tap the play button to watch it immediately which will make users more engaging.

The company decided to play some short clips from the movie “Murder Mystery”, the series “Big Mouth”, Sitcoms “The Crew” on the day of the launch with some of Netflix’s comedy catalog, and excerpts from stand-up by famous comedians like Kevin Hart and Ali Wong.

“Wanna see something funny? On Netflix, this one little question opens up lots of possibilities from hilarious series and films to laugh-out-loud stand-up specials. That’s why we’re launching a new Fast Laughs feature for mobile devices.

The location of this new tool is in the bottom navigation menu. If you are an iOS user then you can find it near the right side of the “coming soon” tool. Fast Laughs will help the users to connect more to Netflix. It also helps to explore underrated series and will help you to look into the good part of the screen that has been hidden. You can now make a decision whether you should go for a specific series or not because the reaction will reveal ratings.
