Nokia is an exceptional brand, trusted and valued for its quality mobile products. It has set magnificent milestones in the past, and recently, the stellar company announced the launch of its brand new, first-ever product in laptops – Nokia PureBook, in India.
Nokia PureBook Will be sold on Flipkart
The laptop will be sold on Flipkart, along with eight other yet to be revealed models, listed on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification site. The laptop is advertised as being “lightweight, powerful, and immersive,” by Flipkart, and will be powered by an Intel chipset.
So far, only a few of the device’s astounding qualities have been revealed, while the rest still remains a mystery. The Nokia PureBook will be powered by an Intel Core i3 and i5 processor, most likely a part of the chipmaker 10th-generation Comet Lake clan.
The Nokia PureBook is said to be equipped with 8GB RAM and either an SSD or HDD storage option. The features of the stylish new laptop, are as exciting as the Flipkart teaser. It is said to come with a webcam, USB port, and thunderbolt port too!
Nokia is known for its value for money when it comes to its products, and its laptop is no exception. The Nokia PureBook is likely to be reasonably-priced and pocket-friendly and is estimated to cost between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 in rupees.
With its product launch in India, Nokia’s closest competitor is likely to be Xiaomi, as this brand’s products too belong to an affordable range. The Mi Notebook 14-series was launched earlier this year, with a starting range of Rs. 45,000.
Later, the brand also launched a learners version with relatively less price to extend its accessibility, to the student. This may give us a clue into what Nokia has in mind, with its laptops.
The laptop’s official release date is still shrouded with suspense, and it will be great to see what Nokia brings to the table, with the Nokia PureBook.
