OnePlus 9 RT is now looking forward to launching in India also. It will be the new heir of its 9 series following the OnePlus 9R. A model MT211 on the listing of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) spotted is the new OnePlus 9 RT. Apparently, it will pack with Snapdragon 870 SoC, a triple rear camera setup, and will have RAM support of up to 8 GB.
OnePlus 9 RT Availability And Price (Expected)
As per the reports, this new smartphone may launch in October in India and China. The upcoming phone is said to have 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB storage on board. However, the price can be nearly CNY2,999 (approx. 34,000 INR) and CNY3,299 (approx. 37,400 INR) for the dual configuration respectively.
Specifications
OnePlus 9 RT is expected to come with a long 6.55-inch Super AMOLED display. Out of the box, its supported features include OxygenOS 12, Snapdragon 870 SoC, and a fast charger.
Talking about its storage it packs in two distinguished options; 8GB of RAM and up to 128 GB and 256GB of onboard storage. Apart from that, it will also offer a 120Hz refresh rate.
At its back, it comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor along with a 16-megapixel Sony IMX481 ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. At its front, it has a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor for selfies and video calls.
As far as screen protection is concerned, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This smartphone will also offer a 4,500 mAh battery that is combined with a 65W fast charger, supporting in the long run of the battery.
Now that OnePlus 9 RT is on the BIS list, it will surely rise up consumers’ expectations for its launch. Earlier, it was not sure if the new smartphone would make it to India but now for 2021, it may be the last model of OnePlus to launch in India.
