Sony is pulling Cyberpunk 2077 – Here’s Why?

Players say that after the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, they have faced issues while playing and found bugs within one week of the release. However, the game looks and performs exceptionally well in backward compatibility mode on PS5 but crashes while playing with several visual glitch issues. Eurogamer reported that on PS4, the performance of the game is the worst. There is low framerate and texture pop-in while playing.

How to Submit Request for Refund?

After hearing through Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt RED – that people are unsatisfied with their purchase on the PS4 or Xbox, one should request a refund from the company. Even with Sony’s assertive refund policy, users who bought the PlayStation store’s digital versions won’t get the rebates. (Users who purchased the Xbox one version of the game have received better luck with the Microsoft refund policy.)

CD Projekt Red has posted a note to disclose the Sony decision on their investor’s website.
