  8. Hey guys,
I have a solution for you.
I had the same problem, there wasn’t a ‘general settings‘ anything. I could clear my cache, but it didn’t make a difference… only solution was this: I installed the app on the phone of a friend (it was an iPhone 6s) I signed up (no dang eligible problems) and then I logged into TikTok on my phone later on.
Hope this helps some of you!!

  9. I have done all the above and I put my age which is 14 years old even then I doesn’t let me I delete tiktok then got it back and now I can even sign into my own account anymore. What is going on

  10. I tried everything with no luck. Then I did as suggested above, cleared data/cache, restart phone but ALSO put my phone in airplane mode before starting the APP, all of a sudden it would skip to ask for my birthday when selecting “phone/e-mail” option and I could continue with creating an account.

    1. This did it for me…
      Clear cache
      Restart phone
      Put phone in Airplane mode
      Start Tiktok
      Deactivate Airplane mode
      Create account with phone number
      It works !!!
      THANK YOU !!!!
